i had last sunday off.

so, my friend lucas called me and invited me to a small gathering in his backyard. five friends and i enjoyed a night of music, beer, little caesars and summer air until we were interrupted by the neighbours. i attempted to longboard, lucas tried to teach me to skate, we danced in the yard, climbed onto the roof, and spent the night stargazing. the air was warm, the company was great, and for a night, we were free. spontaneity is a great gift, and nights like these make life a little easier.
