i spent my saturday on campus

writing an essay on margaret atwood's "Footnote to Amnesty's Report on Torture"
I was never much of a fan of hers, but i guess i never gave her a chance
She's alright.
I had a deep conversation with ainsley
i miss her dearly.
Then went to dinner with brittney.
we had sushi, and the waiter fed me green tea ice cream
(we're actually quite good friends, the waiters at globefish dont go around force feeding people icecream)
brittney had 3 classes of wine.
I had to drive her car back to campus
Then i went home.
Now, im in my bathroom (yes, i am blogging from my bathroom),
listening to hunx and his punx (i'm obsessed with this album)
and smoking a cigarette (my parents are at church)
I need to finish my essay.
But first, I will make myself a cup of coffee.
And maybe watch an episode of daria.
The essay is late anyways. (it was due yesterday)

i named it after a song by a local band called the dudes
its seriously my favorite song
mostly because its my life (at least my dream life)
she's the drop kick queen of the weekend
no, you cant keep her in line when she's devouring life
and she's taking it in just as fast as she can
and when she falls right off the deep end
dont be throwing a line, you'd be wasting her time
she learned how to survive breathing rock and roll
seriously my life.
